  • Ryan Miller is the founder and visionary behind RAM Capital Texas, a highly active investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. With over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ryan has earned a reputation for his tenacity, strategic acumen, and unwavering commitment to investor success.

    Ryan graduated from the University of Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration with a Specialization in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. Ryan's journey in the world of real estate began at Merritt Capital Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and running the due diligence process on all real estate acquisitions. In his career, he has been involved in thirty plus transactions totaling over one hundred million dollars of invested capital and 600,000 square feet of commercial real estate. Leveraging his deep understanding of market trends and opportunities, Ryan established RAM Capital Texas with a clear mission: value-add creation through active asset management.

  • Carter joined Ryan as Managing Director at RAM Capital Texas in September 2024 with a focus on industrial acquisition opportunities, including shallow-bay, flex, and industrial outdoor storage assets. Prior to joining RAM, Carter co-founded Birddog Ventures, a real estate investment and development company in Dallas. He has spent all but two years in his 15-year career in real estate capital markets and development, with over $5 Billion in real estate transactional experience. Carter graduated from Texas Christian University, where he majored in Finance with Real Estate Concentration and a minor in Energy Technology Management.
